I am having trouble labelling a 3D plot. I want to use something like
the RotateLabel option for 2D graphics. The effect I'm after is to have
the text labelling the three axes parallel to the appropriate axis
rather than have them all run horizontally across the plot. (The
trouble with the horizontal labels is that a label of more than one or
two words stretches out so far that it takes up most of the plot!)

Any suggestions?
