Problem Converting Notebooks to HTML

Hello,

Every time I try to convert a Notebook (via the menu "Save As Special"
or with the HTML command, the process aborts and I get this message in
the kernel Console:

I never succeeded in converting successfully any Notebook in HTML. I run
Mathematica v. 3.0.1 on a PowerMacintosh 7500/100.

Can somebody help me?
