Taking a slice of a Plot3d graph

I have a partial differential equation solved by NDsolve, and I have
plotted it in 3 dimensions with Plot3d. Now I want to look at only one
"slice" of it, that is, I want to look at x=1 for a function of x, y
and z. Could somebody help me?
