Is there a way to solve the following equation in Mathematica (1st der
=> ' , 2nd Der '' )

P1' [t] - P2' [t] = A x '' [t] + B x' [t] + C x[t]

knowing:
  A, B,C, x[0], x' [0], P1 [0], P2[0]
