Why I do not obtain the correct result?
   ArcTan[x,x^2]/.x->-0.00001
gives
   3.14158
But,
   Limit[ArcTan[x,x^2],x->0,Direction->-1]
gives
   0

The same happens with the directional limits of the Sign[x] function.
One obtains 1 (!?) even if Direction is -1.
The enhanced version of Limit (Calclulus,limit package) does not change
these results.

(I have M3.0 on WinNT4)
