Ah, I think the source of misunderstanding was that you both counted
paths whereas we considered moves, so that in our interpretation
(0,0,0), (7,0,0), (7,7,0), (7,7,7) of 3 rook moves is distinct from (0,0,0),{1,0,0} (7,0,0), (7,7,0), (7,7,7)
of 4 rook moves.
