Here we go again.

It's a bug.

It's not a bug, or it depends.( you know-nothing)

It may have been a bug, but whether it was or not, it has been fixed in
a later release of V.4. (Which release they do not identify, and which
they will not send you unless you pay, either through upgrade or a
service contract [which contract the writer has, but still had to
request the new release}.
