Hi, you want to turn the right handed system used by Mathematica into a left handed system. This is simply obtained by setting the ViewVertical option to ViewVertical->{0,0,-1} The projection is now upside down (as usual in a pipe hole camera) And it is up to you to turn the picture. You may do the projection by your self using the Plot3Matrix option. The option is not more documented because it is obsolent since version 2 of Mathematica but it still seems to work.
