ISOLDE for Mathematica?

Does anyone know of an existing Mathematica package for analysing
systems of linear ordinary differential equations? In particular, is
there an equivalent or a port of ISOLDE ("Invariants of Systems of
Ordinary Linear Differential Equations")?
