Hi, \Vec is defined in wrisym.sty and it is for the traditional vector \ arrow ->, Mathematica use typical an harpoon --- as vector arrow but if you like. The simples solution would be to make a personal modification of wrisym.sty or to load wrisym.sty behind the amsmath package.
