Hi,

\Vec is defined in wrisym.sty and it is for the traditional vector
                                               \
arrow ->, Mathematica use typical an harpoon --- as vector arrow
but if you like.

The simples solution would be to make a personal modification of
wrisym.sty or to load wrisym.sty behind the amsmath package.

Regards
  Jens
