The major points are: 1) I want to make the package files available in a manner that EVERYONE can access. 2) I don't want to spend the time to maintain multiple versions for downloading. (If I was running a business it would be different!) I can make self-extracting files with WinZip (I think I can but haven't learned how to yet.) but I don't think that everybody can use them. For example, Mac users. So the question remains: What is the best method for making large application packages available to all potential users by downloading? I don't think I can actually do THAT with PowerDesk. Probably you need WinZip: http://www.winzip.com/ or PKZIP: http://www.pkzipstore.com/dr/v2/ec_MAIN.Entry17c?SP=10007&PN=5&CID=0&SID =39892&PID=403321&DSP=&CUR=840&PGRP=0&CACHE_ID=0 or perhaps you need http://www.winzip.com/winzipse.htm Bobby
