Hi folks,
As a user of pdflatex there is a need to export graphics in either EPS
or in PDF format. Using Export[] or Save as ...-option from menu I can
export graphics as PDF, but the image size is not "perfect" enough. The
best way what I have found (best quality and image size) is by exporting
graphic as an EPS-file and then converting the EPS-file to PDF using
tool called 'epstopdf'. The result is good, but I am trying to minimize
the amount of steps needed.
I am not an expert in graphics so does anyone know any other way to do
it and does someone know why the output of EPS file using Display[] or
Export[] is different?
I have also noticed that you can export graphics in PDF format using
Display[], but again the image size was incorrect, which has to fixed
using 'epstopdf' (by incorrect I mean that there is extra empty space
around the image).
Best regards,
Kurt Kokko
