Consulting position available: good candidate would be a graduate or
post graduate student with a good background in functional analysis with
experience in functional programming; familiarity with statistical
mechanics and mathematical physics a plus.  Applicant must be U.S.
citizen, and be in the Austin area. There is a potential for internship
with DOE if initial work is completed successfully.

Position would involve working with a nationally known expert in a
specialized semiconductor materials system. 

Have initial funding, need to start immediately, could turn into longer
term consulting arrangement.
