Hi,

you mean the default behaviour of pdflatex/hyperlink ?

Just use pdflatex and 90 % of your hyperlinks are generated
automatic, only some \label{}  and *no* mouse actions. 
References/links to figures, equations, chapters, sections
are generated in two pdfLaTeX runs :-)
