This should put you on the right track:

ListDensityPlot[{{1, 3}, {4, 7}}, 
   Epilog -> {Hue[1], Text["1", {0.5, 1.5}], 
     Text["2", {1.5, 1.5}], Text["3", {0.5, 0.5}], 
     Text["4", {1.5, 0.5}]}];
