FullForm[Hold[3+I]]  ------------> Hold[Plus[3,\[ImaginaryI]]]

FullForm[Hold[I]] ------------> Hold[\[ImaginaryI]]

Is \[ImaginaryI] an "atom" (or "symbol") (like 3 or like a) ??

Is not Complex[3,1] an "atom" ??
