I think the palette needs a package that comes in a binary format (with 
extension .mx, produced by the DumpSave command).  As far as I tell 
this exists only in the  Classic Mac OS format. It's really a shame 
that nobody has thought of updating this for Mac OS X since doing so 
would require almost no effort and the style is very useful and 
essential if one wants to submit to arXiv a preprint written in 
Mathematica.
