To address one item here, the animated demos can be found at 
http://documents.wolfram.com/flash/ .  In addition, Keehong Song has
put http://library.wolfram.com/database/MathSource/4771/ together.

Which tutorials disappeared?  If they are genuinely gone, I will find
the original files and restore them.

I adjusted the organization for few of these items today.  I welcome
other comments or ideas.  (They be sent to me privately.)
