One possibility :
Make the cell containing code invisible : Menu Cell, Cell Properties, unselect
Cell open
While the cell is closed, you can nevertheless select it and evalutae its
content.
Another possibility : write a button that evaluates the code.
Another one : write a notebook containing either code or buttons as before,
and having its output directed to your "black board".
