Is not QuickTime available these days on many systems other than Macs? Another alternative is to print the PowerPoint show to a PDF document and insert links to the QT movies as separate files. The PDF and QT files can then readily be transferred to other systems (or put on a CD) and presented using Acrobat Reader, with some substantial side advantages.
