Palettes are just like notebooks except they often have the option Editable->False. This prevents you from adding the option. So you should do 1) Set Editable->True 2) Then, set WindowFloating->True 3) Reset Editable->False 4) Close the palette (It has another option which makes it save the palette when it's closed) At 11:53 AM 5/16/2003, Bobby Treat wrote: >How would we apply that to an existing Palette, such as BasicTypesetting? > >Bobby > >-----Original Message----- >From: Omega Consulting <info at omegaconsultinggroup.com> To: mathgroup at smc.vnet.net >To: mathgroup at smc.vnet.net >Sent: Fri, 16 May 2003 06:43:41 -0400 (EDT) >Subject: [mg41388] [mg41366] Re: [mg41264] Palettes always on top > >At 02:48 AM 5/11/2003, Dr. Wolfgang Hintze wrote: >>Can I tell Mathematica that I want a palette always on top of all >>windows?
