Packed arrays problem in 5.0 are gone in 5.1

As some of you might remember, packed arrays caused quite lot of
problems in version 5.0. The latest thread was called "More on Delete
Problems" on this issue. I made a quick check and it seems to me that
in Version 5.1 packed arrays work just fine.
That is really good news.
