Apart's loss of functionality in 5.1

I have an example rational function which is succesfully separated
into fundamental, "degree-2" components via the 4.1 Apart function,
but which is not with 5.1's Apart operation. If someone will let
me know how to post a notebook's contents, I will demonstrate the
example.
