 if I apply TrigExpand  to SquareRoot(Cos[2 x]) nothing happens....if I take
away the square root then TrigExpand has no problem......I tried several
other functions operating on a SquareRoot and they worked, for example,
TrigToExp....is this just an oversight for TrigExpand?
