The reply below (by Bruce Miller, Wolfram Tech Support) will help those who
want an easier Help Browser experience:  how to make the AddOns tab the
default location when opening the Help Browser."

As an aside, those who want to build their own help texts will like Bobby
Treat's recent posting on that matter.  Check that out, too.
