hello people, first sorry for my bad english.
I'm an italian student and i need tu use MAthematica whit manipulation
of image.
I dont have the possibile to buy the officials add-ons by wolfrom and
so i ask where
i can found the free add-ons for:
1. take an image i do a array ) imagge partition)
2. Compute the entropy part
3. Compute error (F(filtering)-Z)
4. Quantization entropy array to calcolate a statics distributions of
error   

I dont ask you to work for mine, i ask you , if possibile, if you have link
or other that help me in one point or more.
I hope you understand what i need.( its essential HELP)
