Use SymbolShape->None

Needs["Graphics`"];

list1=Table[{x, Sin[x]}, {x, 0, 2Pi, Pi/100}];
list2=Table[{x, Cos[x]}, {x, 0, 2Pi, Pi/100}];

MultipleListPlot[list1, list2, 
    PlotJoined->True, 
    PlotStyle->{Blue, Red}, 
    SymbolShape->None,
    Ticks->{PiScale, Automatic}];
