```The correct code for the forgotten upper[] and
lower[] is

lower[{x_, y_, _}] := Min[y - 4*x*(1 - 2x), y -
4*(x - 1)*(1 - 2x) - y]
upper[{x_, y_, _}] := 4*x*(1 - x) - y
