	Could you provide some applications for the problem  "Given a number
of generators N uniformly distributed within a square, find the
expected number of Voronoi neighbors of a generator, or equivalently,
the expected number of incident edges of a generator in the Delaunay
triangulation."

	Otherwise 
	Please give any applications for "finding nearest neighbors of a
particular point when points are distributed with uniform distribution
of points"
