As anyone run across an approach for simplifying expressions (mostly
set operations for reliability cut/path set analysis) such that b^n =
b?

Some refer to this operation as a 'boolean' operation, but I suspect it
is referred to as something quite different or I would have found a
solution in the FAQ by now.

Thanks in advance.
