Hi Steven,
try to download it again. I get notebooks at
http://www.mathconsult.ch/math/stuff/OO-DevConf97.nb and on
http://library.wolfram.com/infocenter/Articles/3243/ (Accounts.nb) and a
Classes.m-file in text format at the same infocenter page.
