Hi,

I am converting a word document to Mathematica and loving it!  I would
like to have word style sheets:

1.1 First section
   Body of text


1.1.1
   Body of text

It would also be nice to have an table of contents generated as well.
Is this possible in 4.0 or do I need a later version ...
