There is Haager's package on MathSource called "Control"
(http://library.wolfram.com/infocenter/MathSource/4607/) that plots Bode
diagrams as well as at least two commerical packages.

For the free package, BodePlot[transferFunction[s], {s, s_lo, s_hi}]; plots
the transfer function.

Regards,

Dave.
