Try resetting your Mathematica preferences and deleting the cache files: The most convenient way to clear your cache and reset the Mathematica preferences is to hold down the: - SHIFT+CTRL keys (on Windows) - SHIFT+OPTION keys (on Macintosh) and then launch Mathematica by double-clicking on the Mathematica icon. This will remove the cache and the initalization file. Mathematica will rebuild them automatically. Once Mathematica has launched, open your Help Browser. If you did this correctly, Mathematica will rebuild the Help Browser index (just like when you open the Help Browser for the very first time). If this does not solve your problem, contact Technical Support (support at wolfram.com). -- Igor Antonio Wolfram Research, Inc. http://www.wolfram.com To email me personally, remove the dash.
