I think PowerMacs emulate a 68020 <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mac_68K_emulator>, so there may be some other reason this didn't work. I have a Mathematica 1.1 FrontEnd running on a Mac IIci at home, but no working Kernel. Of the half dozens sets of installation floppies I had access to, all had disk errors while trying to copy the Kernel libraries. None of the 1.0 installation disks were any good. Version 1.1 has a great About box. -Rob
