webMathematica GUI with Flash Pro?

Hi,
Most webMathematica examples I have seen often address a problem that
almost exactly maps on a one-liner in calculus, plotting, etc., thus
employing a few input fields, a Submit/ Evaluate button, and limited output
(graph, formula, etc.).
Complex software applications need a multi-screen nonlinear GUI with subtle
state relations between them. The GUIKit seems too low level, and
complicated. Is there a way to interface JSPs with Flash Pro Screens/
ActionScript? Has anyone tried?
Best regards,
Tom Aldenberg
