No, not on my system (Win XP). By sheer accident I found it in my user 
directory \application data\Mathematica\FrontEnd (I hope this is the 
correct path on English systems; on German ones it is 
Anwendungsdaten\Mathematica\FrontEnd).
Unfortunately it appears that M42-M52 use the same file. Can I somehow 
change this and assign different files for different versions?
