Hi Jens, and thanks for your suggestion (and validation of my geekiness!).
Unfortunately I was constrained to already-known words.
Alternative (b): change the element " sind" in verbList to "__ sind" and
make the plural endings part of the exercise. I didn't think of that till
later. There's still the issue of dative plural endings, but as a
non-native speaker, I get them wrong myself half the time anyway. As this is
a Mathematica group and not a learning-German group, I'll stop here.
