On my PC (Pentium 4 CPU 2.4GHz, 512Mb Ram + Mathematica 6) the timing
result is 4.203sec.

Regarding the dual processor configuration you mentioned, I don't know
if the code for numerically calculating Pi is parallelized so as to
run in both processors at the same time and this might be the reason
you don't see such a great improvement.
