There is no cell selector (those blue square brackets that are on the
right side of each cell) for a Title cell - at least, not in my
notebook. Also, if I put my cursor in the title cell and hit the
delete button, nothing happens. Right-clicking on the cell to get the
context menu, I see options cut and copy are grayed out, but paste,
style, etc are not.
I right-click in the cell and chose Option Inspector. The Cell Option
is grayed out (as is Notebook and Global Options).
