They've done it again: early on a Friday morning announced here a new 
version of a product as "now available", and yet at least this Premier 
Service subscriber has no way at the moment of getting it.

(The first instance was with the release of Mathematica 6.0.1.)

I don't mind waiting...it's the tantalizing aspect of being told the 
produce is "available" yet it's at that time unobtainable!

Maybe the news desk needs to coordinate better with customer serivce / 
order fulfillment.
