I recently picked up a used copy of Richard Crandall's "Topics in
Advanced Scientific Computattion" published by Telos, a Springer
imprint.

The book claims that the Mathematica notebooks are available at
www.telospub.com which doesn't exist anymore (the book was published
in 1996). The obligatory google search produced nada. What is
particularly bothering is that the files for his earlier "Projects in
Scientific Computation" (1994) *are* available in Springer's site.

Anybody has any idea whether they exist in some server, somewhere?
