Jon,

Could you, please, be more specific? Sentences such as, "[...] it 
doesn't seem to work," are a kind of little bit fuzzy. You should start 
by describing issues such as expected versus actual results and any 
error/warning messages. Also, it is not clear whether you have ran some 
tests on both versions (or it is  just a feeling that you got by looking 
at the results returned by version 6.0 and remembering what you believe 
would have been returned by an earlier version).
