Select all cells in the notebook to be evaluated. Execute by
typing shift-return.

On a Mac, you can select the all of the cells to be evaluated in
one of two ways,

use the cmd-A shortcut which selects all of the cells in the notebook

use option-click to select marker at the right hand side of an
input cell which selects all input cells
