Hi Gregory,

On Windows, press the "Alt" key and click in any input cell: this will 
select all the input cells in the document and only the input cells.

Then, press "Ctrl" + "{" or "Ctrl" + "}" to open or close, respectively, 
all the cells. (Menu Cells-> Cell Grouping-> Open/Close All Subgroups).
