In 6.0, try:

   ?Translate*

or just search for Translate in the Documentation Center.

Why has TranslateShape disappeared?  Many, many of the standard add-ons 
are now incorporated directly in the kernel.  Many names have changed. 
In each case one can only guess it is in order to make a more consistent 
naming scheme, to avoid name clashes, or simply to take the opportunity 
to make better names.
