After some modification, this one:

In[17]:=
m = 100; n = 70;
A = Table[Table[Random[Real,
       {0, 100.}], {n}], {m}];
ListPlot3D[A, Mesh -> False,
   ColorFunction -> Hue]

runs in no time.
