Hi,
Map[First, RGB, {2}],
but notice that the RGB should be set as
{{{1, 0, 1}, {2, 3, 2}, {4, 6, 4}, {3, 2, 1}},
  {{9, 1, 3}, {3, 2, 1}, {4, 3, 3}, {5, 3, 2}}}
and not as you typed
