Underline string in colour

Hello,

A straight forward question: I would like to know how to underline a
String in colour.

Style["Word", Underlined] underlines the word, and

Style["Word", Underlined, Red] makes everything red.

But I only want the underline to be red (not the string). Any
suggestions ?
